Biological activity
Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of mouse vascular endothelial cells (SVEC4‑10) to Fibronectin. Recombinant human SEMA3C (Cat #: AHJ48201) immobilized at 10 μg/mL, with 2 ng/mL rhFN-1, 100 μL/well, will induce approximately 50-75% adhesion.
